02.07.2025: Gen Con Catalog, Nordic and Baltic Countries + British Isles Free Shipping Offer

Hello all! It's been awhile since this page was updated...

Since we returned to Gen Con after the pandemic, we've been including game content in the catalog we pass out. And every year, I get dozens of requests, "do you have any catalogs left? can I get one?"

Well now we've got a little idea to get a catalog in your hand, and help pay for some of the cost of printing so we can print more of them and further Spread the Word. The catalog is done, we just need to know how many copies we're printing.

So here's the deal... I do preorders for copies of the catalog, put that money towards printing, and however many copies are reserved, I bring that many back in my luggage (I'll have an extra suitcase so I can bring hundreds back if need be). Then, when you make your next order from the EU webstore (and we will be selling 2025's NEW RELEASES in the EU webstore after Gen Con), I put the catalog in with that order.

To repeat: The catalog will be shipped with your next order from the EU webstore after Gen Con, not now and not by itself. And there's no PDF version. Everyone clear?

This year's game content in the catalog is the Sensitive class (inspired by characters like Emily from The Beyond or Danny from The Shining/Doctor Sleep), written by me, and is six of the twelve pages in the catalog.

Also, to raise some money for attending another convention coming up after Gen Con that I hadn't planned, we're doing a Free Shipping offer for all orders to the Baltic and Nordic countries, and the British Isles. To be specific, Denmark, Estonia, the Faroe Islands, Ireland, Finland, Greenland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

No coupon code needed. Yeah, in a month or so we're going to hope you order the new releases but with free shipping there's no disadvantage to picking some stuff up now.

The free shipping offer and the catalog pre-sales end 08.00 Finnish time Monday July 8.

The next releases are at the printer now and are currently scheduled to be delivered in time for Ropecon and Gen Con. Which means if everything goes as scheduled they'll be on sale here August 5 or 6, depending on how awful my jet lag is coming back from the US. I'll of course send out an email when those are available, and I'll be giving more details and showing them off as the books are delivered on the LotFP Youtube page.

17.12.2024: Latest Releases Now Available from the US Webstore + YEAR END SALE!

Disastrum, Don't Fuck the Priest, Heart of the Saint, and Lair of the Brain Eaters are all finally available from the US Webstore!

And we've got to clear out some space, so we have some YEAR END SALES happening!

For the US webstore, we've got "Buy One, Get One for 50% Off". (new releases are not discounted*) No coupon code needed.

For the EU webstore, get 25% off almost everything (new releases and Deck of Weird Things are excepted) by using the coupon code TWENTYFIVE when checking out.

Both webstores ship worldwide.

The sale runs through December 30th.

EU Webstore shipping prices will have the usual incremental price increase with the new year, and the VAT on books increases from 10% to 14% so if EU customers are wanting to buy, now is the time...

We're down to less than 100 of the slipcased Disastrum sets (available only from the EU webstore), so if you're considering it I wouldn't spend all too much time considering...

  • Usually with the 'Buy One Get One 50% Off' offer, the least expensive book would be the one discounted. But because the new releases won't be discounted, that won't necessarily be the case here.

For example, if you bought Heart of the Saint (25€) and Adventure Anthology: Blood (60€), since HotS isn't eligible for the discount, AA:B would instead be the discounted book.

The offer of course holds for multiple books purchased, so for example if you buy 10 books, 5 of them would be 50% off.

14.08.2024: New Release Info, Retailer Info, US Webstore Taking Orders Again!

Lots of news since last time.

This should have posted when they went on sale, but the new releases - A True Relation of the Great Virginia Disastrum 1633, Don't Fuck the Priest, Heart of the Saint, and Lair of the Brain Eaters - are now available through the EU webstore.

We have set up a new retailer section of the site to help you find local more local stores that carry LotFP. If you are a store carrying LotFP - and have stocked new titles as of 2024 - let us know and we'll add you to the list. If you are interested in carrying LotFP, get in touch for wholesale terms.

And the announcement about the US webstore:

The LotFP US Webstore is finally open again!

For orders outside of the US, we are only accepting orders totaling 1.5kg or lighter. Otherwise, you should use the EU webstore. The EU webstore continues to ship (almost) worldwide.

Countries for the worldwide shipping option need to be manually entered into the system so if you're ordering 1.5kg of goods or less and it doesn't give you any shipping options, let us know and we'll enter your country into the system.

The new books (Disastrum, DFTP, Heart of the Saint, Lair of the Brain Eaters) are on their way to the US warehouse but it might be a little bit before they arrive.

Prices in the US webstore continue to be listed in euros, and weights in grams, for boring administrative reasons. The shipping is done by someone in the US, but all the accounting etc. is still done in Finland.

We're having a Buy One Get One Free sales over at the LotFP US Webstore.

No coupon code needed... the cost of the free items will be discounted automatically in the shopping cart, and the cheapest items will be the free ones. There's no limit to the number of items, as many books as you buy, you can get an equal amount free. Just put everything you want into the shopping cart and let the system show you the discount.

We've also finally made international ordering available again. It's not cheap, and I promise I'll tell the warehouse people to put BOOKS on the customs forms insread of "GAMES", but they've proven to be very bad at that and if they mess it up there's nothing I can do about it.

Do note that we've also discounted a number of items down to 25€ so you can save even more... in particular I want to point out that the 336 page Adventure Anthology: Blood is now 25€, discounted from its 60€ regular price. That's the anthology of adventures published before LotFP went all grindhouse so hopefully we can unload a bunch of those during the sale. 6x6x6, Big Puppet, Earth Incubation Crisis, Fermentum, Strict Time Records, Terror in the Streets, and World of the Lost are the other titles discounted to 25€.

Sale runs through February 20.

I do want to note that I hadn't planned on running any sales this year, certainly not such a drastic one, and definitely not one that included our latest releases... but our contract with our current US warehouse has been terminated and we've got to move everything out. Hopefully with this sale we can lighten that load and cover the costs of moving the remaining stock to a new home.

So better buy now, because I don't know what the status of the US webstore will be at the end of February. Hopefully we can get it up and running with a new fulfillment house, but this situation is still pretty fresh and nothing is confirmed as of this time.
